In response to the needs of combat medics whose waist belts are already overloaded with equipment, leaving no room for additional gear, EB Military developed KIDLE, the thigh-mounted waist pack designed for emergency situations requiring a medium-capacity medical kit. It offers multiple carrying options: handheld medical kit, waist pack, and drop-leg pouch. Easy to attach and remove.
Thanks to its exclusive design and quick-opening system, it allows the user to attend to a casualty lying on the battlefield at close range while maintaining full control and accessibility of the instruments, as if working from a surgical table. It also features a MOLLE webbing system on the rear panel, allowing it to be attached to any compatible combat gear, such as backpacks, belts, tactical vests, chest rigs, and more.
On the exterior, it includes a dedicated pouch for safely carrying trauma shears, secured with a clip-type closure.
The inner flap features elastic loops of various sizes for securing different consumable supplies, as well as a flat zippered pocket for storing bandages, gauze, and other materials.
The main internal compartment includes 11 high-capacity elastic loops, along with a spacious central compartment for carrying a variety of medical equipment.
