Expanded Individual First Aid Kit with a modular A+B=C configuration, designed for military and police personnel, manufactured with high-resistance materials and optimised for immediate access to critical medical supplies in operational environments.

The Extended Individual First Aid Kit (BIA) is a tactical medical system composed of two independent bodies which, when joined, form a single compact and secure unit. It is made from 500D Polyamide 6 with a water-repellent treatment, IRR protection, and a polyurethane (PU) rear coating, ensuring durability, low signature, and reliability under adverse conditions.

Body A remains anchored to the belt or MOLLE system by means of two MALICE straps on its rear, acting as a structural sheath. It incorporates a wide upper elastic band for carrying a CAT tourniquet, a large front hook-and-loop (Velcro) area to secure the medical module (Body B), and a removable strip of the main material with hook-and-loop fastening intended for user or content identification. This body is joined to Body B through a hook-and-loop system and an internal reinforced strap.

Body B constitutes the removable medical module and features two high-strength Hypalon handles: a lower handle for controlled release and an upper handle for immediate extraction. The rear hook-and-loop system allows Body B to fully mate inside Body A, ensuring stability and rapid deployment. It includes a flat pocket for medical documentation (with an auxiliary red-tape opening) and a front system of elastic bands of various sizes for proper organisation and retention of medical equipment. It also features two adjustable and removable straps that allow the flat pocket to be closed and compressed and enable the attachment of trauma shears up to 14 cm in length.

Once assembled, the set is compressed by lateral elastic cords with cord locks located on Body A, reducing the overall volume of the kit and acting as an additional safety system to prevent accidental release of the medical module during dynamic movement or accidental snagging.
